
Danielle S. Jeudy, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA
Dr. Danielle Jeudy has over 17 years of experience working with and supporting individuals and their families. Dr. Jeudy possesses solid administrative, behavioral, and program development skills and has worked in various settings, including residential treatment, in-home ABA therapy, public school sector, and adult services. Dr. Jeudy’s research interests and experiences are focused on severe problem behavior, self-injurious behavior, adult services, and social justice topics. Through the years, Dr. Jeudy has built a rapport with the individuals she supports, including staff, families, stakeholders, and agencies across New Jersey.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Doctoral (BCBA-D), Dr. Jeudy has experience writing, implementing, and training staff on behavior support plans and effective treatment strategies for individuals of all ages. Dr. Jeudy also takes pride in developing new training material for professionals. Over the last few years, Dr. Jeudy has found a new passion for training and conducting test prep groups for professionals seeking board certification.
Dr. Jeudy holds a PhD from The Chicago School, a Master of Arts in Child Advocacy and Public Policy from Montclair State University, and a Master of Education in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University. Dr. Jeudy has also obtained a certificate in American Sign Language and is certified in behavior management techniques. In her free time, Dr. Jeudy enjoys spending time with her family.
Jessica R. Joseph, PhD, BCBA, LBA
Dr. Joseph has over two decades of experience working with individuals in various settings and has a sound reputation for finding simple solutions to some of the most challenging situations. She started her career working within community and clinical settings with adolescents who have co-morbid mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities. Her experience has grown to include working with recreational programming, residential programs, crisis stabilization units, clinics, and in-home settings.
When presented with the task of creating and expanding services throughout her professional journey, she did not hesitate. Dr. Joseph takes pride in providing families peace of mind that their loved one will be an active participant in a safe, therapeutic and structured environment.
She is affectionately called “Dr. J.” by her colleagues and clients due to her passion for the field and love for basketball. She excitedly reports that it is great when passion matches the career that they choose. As a result, she enjoys fostering not only the development of youth, but growing professionals within the field.
Dr. Joseph earned her Doctorate in School Psychology with honors from Duquesne University. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. John’s University and a Masters degree in Science and Education in Child Psychology also from Duquesne. Dr. Joseph has completed applied psychology course work at Rider University and has obtained her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. She enjoys spending time with her family and practicing as a licensed clinical psychologist.
